Shanghai MK Aluminum Group and HMK JS Windows and Doors represent a powerhouse of aluminum innovation. Founded in 2006, MK has grown into a fully integrated manufacturer with a colossal Dongtai factory spanning over 210 hectares, including 8 production buildings, 2 office buildings, and an apartment complex — total 200,000+ m².

Our aluminum profiles are the backbone of T-slot modular assembly frames, conveyor systems, machine frames, protective fences, workstations, linear motion components, stairs, platforms, curtain walls, solar frames & racking systems, and even high-end architectural projects such as commercial complexes, resorts, villas, and office towers.

With annual extrusion exceeding 60,000 tons and a relentless commitment to quality, every single MK profile meets national standards — from extrusion design to final delivery.

Extrusion Factory

Fully automated extrusion lines from 700T up to 3600T, max circular diameter 400mm. Alloys 6063, 6005, 6061 with T5/T6 temper. Vertical sandblasting, multi-stage aging ovens.

Advanced automated facilities: CNC cutting centers, laser cutters, CNC bending, laser welding, auto tapping machines. Windows & Doors

Over 300,000 m² annual capacity. Thermal break aluminum windows & doors, curtain walls, facade panels, aluminum shutters, balustrades, honeycomb panels, outdoor furniture. Excellent performance under extreme weather.

Precision Sheet Metal

Solar Mounting Products

Annual output >6,000 tons. Solar frames, rails, clamps, brackets, nuts. Specialized lines for punching, cutting, corner riveting. For commercial/residential rooftops, ground, carport applications.
